Not at all. Programs can be designed for home, gym, or a mix of both. During your initial consultation, Amanda will tailor your plan to whatever equipment and environment you have available.

Nutrition guidance at FIT N NOURISHED is built around flexibility and balance. Instead of rigid meal plans, you’ll learn how to nourish your body with foods you enjoy while building habits that are lasting and realistic.

Most clients begin to notice shifts in energy, mood, and strength within the first 2–3 weeks. Visible physical changes typically follow with consistent effort over 6–12 weeks.

Programs are designed to fit into a busy lifestyle — typically 3 to 5 sessions per week, ranging from 30 to 60 minutes. Quality and consistency matter far more than volume, and Amanda builds your schedule with sustainability in mind.
